Questions buyers ask us first

The things procurement and plant teams usually want settled before the first RFQ goes out.

We'll confirm payment terms and invoicing on your first RFQ, including whether a purchase order or net terms are available for your account.

Every quote states clearly whether a part is OEM, aftermarket, used, or remanufactured, so you can make that call before you buy.

OEM is the exact part from the original manufacturer — the right call when a warranty or certification requires it. Aftermarket is a manufacturer-equivalent alternative, usually at a lower cost. Used is a functional take-out part, often the fastest and cheapest option when the application isn't safety- or warranty-critical. Remanufactured sits in between — a used core rebuilt to spec, so you get most of the reliability of new at a fraction of the cost. Tell us your priority — exact match, budget, or speed — and we'll quote accordingly.

Yes. Ship your old unit to our freight forwarder in Miami, and we handle the core return with the remanufacturer directly — most of that back-and-forth is on us, not you. That shipping cost is typically built into our pricing rather than billed separately.

You hear that directly and promptly — not silence, and not a request left open indefinitely.

Mark a request urgent on the form and it's prioritized ahead of standard requests. Call or WhatsApp for equipment-down situations.
