When you submit a request for quote (RFQ) through this site, we collect the details you provide — including your name, company, email address, phone number, information about the part or equipment you're sourcing, and where it needs to be delivered. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, pages requested, and browser type) to operate and secure the site. We do not use site-wide analytics.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your RFQ, prepare and send quotes, and communicate with you about your sourcing request. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Sharing with suppliers and partners
Sourcing a part sometimes requires sharing relevant request details — such as a part number or equipment model — with manufacturers, suppliers, or logistics partners who can help fulfill it. We share only what's necessary to do that. We also use a small number of service providers to run this site: Netlify hosts it, Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox, and Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces (which means your browser connects to Google's servers). They process information only to provide these services.
Cookies and advertising
The main pages of this site do not set cookies. Our advertising landing page uses Google Ads conversion tracking, which may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a quote request. You can manage how Google uses ad data at adssettings.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party links
This site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. If you use those links, the other service's privacy policy applies.
International transfers
Mappex is based in the United States, and the information you submit is processed and stored in the United States, wherever you are located.
Data retention
We retain RFQ and contact information for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a record of past sourcing work, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
